Just rude, all I wanted was 5 minutes of their time and was told to sit and wait my turn, 20 mins later and no customers in the building, totally ignored I walked out, shame on you! Customer service is your job! Do it right!
The Bundall Branch do not answer the phone.
Always greeted with a smile. Two blonde ladies ( sorry can’t remeber names ) are always happy and helpful!nThere is also a gentleman who greets everyone and it’s nice to feel acknowledged.nGo here weekly and never once waited over 5 minutes to be served at the teller.nnThank you
Convenient little branch. Parking is quite odd coming off the main road but the ladies here are friendly.
