The toilet door needs to be fixed and has been like this for over a year, very frustrating that it doesn’t close properly..... you’d think BP could fix a door.

Wouldn’t let me pee. Absolutely needed to use the toilet and they refused.
Great customer service from Tanya she helped me out when my card was playing up she fixed it up straight away and she was very friendly and courteous. Thanks you Tanya
