The attendant that served me last night at the Olsen Ave Shell Service Station was really lovely and obviously cares a lot about his job and the service station’s presentation. I used the bathroom whilst there and it was sparkling Clean and smelled lovely which is extreme rare! Thank you.
Terrible customer service. My mum and I drove in at around 10pm Friday night (26.02.21) and we had trouble filling up fuel on one of the pumps (wasn't pumping through), and as we were tired and in a slight rush, I spun the car around to the neighbouring pump and was thus parked backwards. As soon as I walked in to pay the lady on the counter (blonde hair, slightly aged) bluntly asked me 'any reason you're parked backwards?' and I briefly explained the situation to her and she could not care less that one of the pumps has been reported to not be working. All she said was 'strange that it wouldn't be working cuz it works'. No apology whatsoever about the inconvenience caused (of course I know it is not her fault but as an employee there should have been some attempt at taking responsibility). She didn't even care, it's like she implied I was lying or something?? She seemed more concerned about the fact we had our car parked the wrong way. Ruined my mood slightly not gonna lie.
Pretty rude shop assistant at 5pm on Saturday:(
