I adopted my cat from this Pet Barn a few years back so it will always be a bit special to me ud83dude0annThe staff here really go above and beyond for their customers and they have a great range of pet food (they also seem to have a more varied range of cat food than some bigger Pet Barn's I've been to)nGetting 15% with the frequent feeder program is a great added bonus too!

Very rude and discrimination experience today at the Pet Barn Mermaid Waters store. Just wanted to wash my small Pomeranian with no contact to anyone and tensioning 1.5 metres distance. I was rudely told to put on a mask as it was mandatory under the QLD govt rules and to comply with the stores rules. I advised I have a medical exemption and I was told by the female staff member very rudely and arrogantly to leave the store immediately. Extremely rude and further training if your staff is required in courtesy. I will never use your stores services again.

Consistently good quality, nice staff and not too expensive.

Wide variety of stock, in-house grooming and a couple of dog wash stations. Everything you need for your pet. Staff are helpful.

Very nice service and has everything I need. They gave my dog a treat.
