The worst banking experience I have encountered. A very rude unhelpful man wouldn’t resolve my issue and when I provided ID, he flicked away my cards and said “they’re just a bunch of plastic “ he refused to help me because I didn’t have a photo ID, I had a temporary replacement drivers licence while waiting for a new one. I also had Medicare card, three credit cards, eftpos card, recent gas bill and also offered to show him my other online banking apps and statement from CBA . I explained I had a serious medical condition and needed to return to hospital and resolution was imperative, but he still refused.nI then called Bendigo bank, the crimes investigation team and customer service team ( namely Tara) were amazing, helpful and apologetic for the poor service I received by the staff member at mermaid waters. They were able to resolve my issues by phone.nMermaid waters branch is by far the worst branch I have dealt with.

Rude Staff Member and Woeful Complaint Resolution.nnI'm quite slow to anger (I prefer to keep happy) but a female staff member at this branch got me there in 30 seconds flat.nnNever in my life has someone spoke so poorly to me.nShe was rude, condescending and disrespectful.nI was so shocked and angered at the way I was spoken to, I had to walk away. Not at all what I expected when I walked in.nnI had on previous occasions dealt with two other staff members at the branch and had found them pleasant.nnLittle things I let slide but this wasn't little at all so I wrote a letter of complaint to the Bendigo Bank. Unfortunately the reply I received was incredibly inadequate. They totally ignored my complaint. They didn't care at all about my experience. It seemed they cared more about protecting their own.nnTo you Bendigo Bank, NEVER AGAIN.nI like to bank were I get treated like a valuable customer - and that's not with you.

Natalie and carol at Bendigo mermaid are fabulous!!nThey bent over backwards for me and kept me informed every step of the way of my loan , id recommend them for any of your needs ..nI’ve just done my landlord insurance with them as well ..ndefinitely one of the best banks I’ve ever felt withnCouldn’t do enough for menNatalie’s smile and mannerisms are very welcoming and you can’t help but give you a smile for the day !!nnThanks again guys !nYou made my entire experience a pleasurennWarren
