Very disappointed with the service I received at Priceline Robina at around 4pm today. I politely asked a staff member ( I work in customer service so I am always very respectful to others in customer service). The lady replied I will just finish this and I will show you. I waited patiently while she tossed the items from her trolley into a drawer. Once she had finished she walked off , I assumed that I was meant to follow her so I did.She pointed at an empty shelf and said there It is. I looked at her and said on the empty shelf? She smirked and said yes. How hard is it for to have just said to me when I enquired, sorry we are out of stock. My days of shopping at Priceline are definitely over. So very disappointed.

Interesting it appears you need to shop around on your prescription medication, I collected my prescription medication from this store and when I got home I compared the cost and it was $26 more than Terry White PF. I phoned the store who agreed the price on one lot of pills was 100% more. I had recently lost by job and don’t have money to lose. This Pharmacy agreed if I took back the old packaging from Terry White PF they would price match. I asked if I can take pics and email/ sms can they refund and they said no. So disappointing as a friend was going to Robina and asked if I wanted to go, I dont live near this store. My loss their gain...

Interesting that they feel the need to sell you the most expensive supplements. You probably should do your own research and decide what you need before coming here to buy it because they don't know what they're doing.

Went for the Flu shot and had a casual conversation with the guy while doing it. Made it all very comfortable. 10/10
