Ngu is amazing cannot say enough positive comments about her. She works at a super speed always friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The whole staff there are always friendly and kind.

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible pharmacist. Terrible service, would not advise. Was pretty well told im a drug addict for the medication prescribed, and then she wouldnt prescribe it to me either. Your in no position to call a patient anything, and who are you to judge? Totally disrespectful and really made me feel like I had done something wrong, when in turn I didn't.nnHad my doctor fax over my script to another Pharmacy without any issues.nnYour not my doctor and you aren't in a position to tell me what to take and not to take, thats not your job. If my doctor thinks I need a medication iv been taking for years, who are you to tell me, that I need to stop. My doctor had quite the words for this pharmacist when they called her to discuss the problem as well.nnDo yourself a favour, go somewhere else and avoid the very rude people working here.nnEven if I was an addict to my medication or what not; did you ever think of the recourse of me not having my prescription? What if my sudden stoppage had adverse effects? Dangerous practices by this place.

Poor very impersonal customer service, will not return again. Going to Chempro Robina Easy T instead with excellent personal customer service.
