They have got everything for every animal (except maybe horses), even if it slithers, crawls or swims etc. A really wide range of pet foods. Only thing that stops it from being a 5 star is that it a premium price applies to most things, so I think it's over priced and too expensive.THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL.

Very attentive staff. They even remembered Toby's name. Good advice and an extensive range of products.

I do not recommend this Petbarn at all. After asking a staff member to use the pet scales to weigh my 12 month old puppy (was not set up to be used for scales instead had a mountain of boxes stacked on top). I asked a question about the nexguard spectra I was purchasing to Asha who then asked her manager who instead of giving me a definite answer grunted and said yes with no explanation. Now after a trip to the vet this weekend because I was sold a dosage far too high for his weight and age. Who are you to give advice like this if you have no idea? Pet owners deserve far better. As a company Petbarn has hugely over inflated prices so for the average person price matching is a necessity. I was refused a price match on an in stock online item by staff member Asha who was unable to provide me with why or quote any T&C’s aside from “we aren't giving you that discount”. During this I was made to feel uncomfortable by standing in some kind of stare off till I decided to leave. Very disappointed and upset. Will never come back.
