KFC The Pines

Since being a child as a treat I have loved a feed of KFC. As a teenager I worked as a KFC Cook. In 1980 the standard was very high.nSadly in the past 6 months I have consumed KFC from the Pines which was below standard. Soggy chips and chicken. Very much like chicken and chips that have been sitting under warmers for far too long. Freshly cooked crisp chicken and chips is as simple as understanding your business flow. Please address this issue.

Very ordinary. Dry chicken. Probably to many kids who don’t understand it’s still a restaurant even if it is fast food. There’s a difference. It’s not the best food healthy wise but the staff and management should make more of an effort to make it the best they can.nA shame because its tasty when cooked right

They never answer the phone and seem to deliberately do the opposite of what you want when you politely ask for slight changes such as extra seasoning.

sienna young (i think thats her name...) is the best employee at this store, always being the face of the company and making the best orders. would definitely come back just to see this shining ray of sunshine, she made my day! should definitely give her a pay rise for excellent work

Terrible experience. I suggest going to another KFC. Every time I go they forget half my meal. Usually I park and walk back inside and it takes about 10-15 minutes to get the rest. I watch the receipt sit on the bench and watch them run around like headless chickens, but they’re not actually doing much. They play obnoxiously loud music at night time, swear, and serve you with attitude.
