My son and I went in to do his Learners Test today and we were served by Maggie. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The most patient, warmest and caring Customer Representative I have ever come across. Even overhearing her with all of her other customers put a smile on my face. People like Maggie truly deserve recognition for their service. Thank you

Served by Staff Leesa. Not an ideal experience to say the least. She was rude and had no interest in being courteous at all. Unhelpful and kept redirecting me online to get more information about my query. I had made the trip to interact with a person. She was expressionless and felt like she was more eager to get the line moving along and turning customers away redirecting queries online rather than assisting them with their concerns in the spot. Very unfortunate. Perhaps management should look into retraining staff in Customer Service annually and replenish staff accordingly.

Went there about 3weeks ago to change driver’s licence from nsw to Queensland licence not a problem went yesterday to change nsw rego on my Motorhome to Queensland rego had all paperwork got a complete runaround going back to nsw

This was the dream place to get my car registered, Judy and the team sure were nice to me, they went over and above to make sure that my car is registered on time, they even stayed overtime, don't expect that this will happen because they have families but they sure were nice to me, I am forever grateful :-) I would definitely register my car here again in future if I need to :-) highly recommended :-)
