Great little shop in the heart of the CBD with a wonderful selection of clothing items and accessories as well as very helpful, friendly staff. Have been going to this shop for years and can always find something nice on every visit. Reasonably priced but frequent sales make it even more affordable. However, I do wish the company would improve their ethical score (currently a D).

Did a return of a item l bought before Xmas shrunk on first wash the staff at Katie's Gladstone refunded without any problems great customer service great staff great store l would recommend to anyone to pop in and check out there great range of clothes thanks ladies will see you soon Lizzy
