I took my quite expensive watch today Sunday the 18-4-21 and kindly asked the man to take the back off my watch so I could go replace the battery which I doneud83dude44then took it back n asked if he could place the back back on for me as they use a machi E, and he litterally broke the pin out of the watch then said that will be $9.00 or whatever price he said...ud83dude29um excuse me but you broke it. He said yes I did it was a accident ,if I done it on purpose I'd replace it but it seems it was a accident ,so pay the price I told U or take your watch as it is....I took my watch and said I'd be taking this further he also said after the fact he takes no responsibility if it gets brokenud83eudd2fud83dude16ud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20 do not recommend t...ake your things to him he breaks them,then doesn't replace anything ..and tries charging you for it I also have another 2 -3 ppl that have had rude experience a with you so they will also be leaving a great feedback for you buddy,nnNot happy this was a present for my partner, and now I'm left with a brokennWatch to give him how unfairn☹ufe0f☹ufe0f☹ufe0f

Shame your weekend staff (Sunday) have poor work ethics's. Your website advertises your open till 3 , went to get keys cut well before 3 and the attitude from the staff member was less then impressive. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on !

I had Mister Mint put a battery in my roller door remote while I was there I had one of my handbags with me as the handle on the hand bag had detached from the bag I asked Noah who was serving me about him re attaching the handbag handle. Noah was right on to it and fixed it in a matter of minutes. When I paid him he only charged me for the battery in the remote. I thanked him very much as the bag had been sitting at home for over a year as I couldn't use it. I really appreciated him fixing it for me. Noah is such a polite happy and very professional man and very dedicated to his work Thank you very much Noah.
