Centrelink

I had to visit last week due to the app falling over and no payment. I was nervous as I'd seen TV reports of people in huge lines and was prepared to go without if necessary. I was happy to find a few people outside in a widely spaced queue. There was a security guard letting 1 or 2 in at a time. A few fools thought that didn't mean them and tried to barge past. It didn't work. All very organised and pleasant inside. Chairs widely spaced and lines on the floor so mindless zombies couldn't get too close. Lovely staff had me fixed up in 5 minutes. Such a relief.

I visited Centrelink Hervey Bay last week. I am always suffering anxiety on these visits. Nothing is ever right. However, this visit deserves a 5 ☆.nMy wait was not long, I was called by a gentleman, Gavin. I presented my Info required, all accepted pleasantly. In 30 minutes, all was entered, answered and completed. Thank you for your assistance. Jeanette Hayward.
