Don't use these people, they're literally the worst, I don't have many regrets but using neato is one of them.nThey say to your face that everything will be fine and nothing will happen whene it comes to like, Urgent Tasks and not being able to attend, and then they suspend you and give you a Demerit.nThe staff have no idea what they're doing 99% of the time and I feel sorry for anyone caught up working here who is actually competent, must be maddening.nI 0% recommend using them, Use Sarina Russo instead, Atleast they'll fund you.

About as useless as Centrelink. Just another organisation sucking on the public's purse. Don't ever think they will help you get employment or assist you in your efforts. They only want to get funding from the Government
