Having renovated several properties and been a longtime standing customer of Beacon in Qld and Victoria - I recently had issues with faulty fans and was lost in the Beacon system! It tested my loyalty to the company but due to a diligent staff member by the name of Anita - put my faith back in the company! Anita was such a pleasure to deal with, and calmed my anger at Beacon for stuffing me around between 2 Beacon stores Plus Beacon Warranty Head Office - Anita followed-up on the issue and sorted it out! Beacon is just a company which provides products that you may need - but the experience should be a delightul and happy one which the staff like Anita, make it a pleasure to spend ones money in their stores!
Very very busy, only 3 staff working so wait time was longer than ideal. Store would benefit from having at least 1 extra staff member on weekends
