So the Hervey Bay Katie’s store website linked to this page has a number of specials advertised for one day only however when you go into the store the staff tell you they are a different Katie’s and don’t honour the website specials .so it will be interesting to see what fair trading have to say about false marketing.
Closes the store at 2pm because she had an appointment! Only store I went to Stockland to go to on my limited lunch break. She made me leave! Very unprofessional!!! Will not return.
Went in to exchange clothing I bought on line the service was very good the lady was very helpful will recommend to everyone.
