In my opinion, Factorie is the BEST clothing store ever. I highly recommend! I actually once left my phone in their store, and they found it and kept it safe until I came back. ud83eudd70ud83eudd70ud83eudd70

Their customer service is disgraceful. Woman behind counter was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Wouldn't refund an item when it was faulty when every business known has a policy to return faulty items. Never shop here. Bad employees, bar guality stock. When a customer comes to you with a problem, your answer should not be ' what do you want me to do about it's.

The manager is way to busy taking duck face selfies to be bothered serving anyone. She acts like a teenager.. Needs to grow up and do what she is paid for.

Great for teenagers but nothing for woman
