KFC Earlville Food Court

Horrible service. The manager talks rudely about you while you are at counter. Gets order wrong. Fixes it n then gets it wrong again. Leaves you food sit on bench for 20 mins before they want to actually give it to you. Then ask for fresh food cant so that get cold food while the manager rolls her eyes at you and says just take it. What a place to dine NOTTT!!!!!!!!

Horrid customer service. Asked for a straw for my three year old daughter and they grabbed all of the straws and threw them at my baby.nAfter that the manager came out and slammed my child against the wall and said “here’s your straw you child”.nWould not recommend.

The most terrible service i have ever had. Most slow staff, not know what they have at the moment, do not put drinks in my order. Count how much exactly wings they have after take the order. Say that they do not have spicy wings, and then add it to my order. So confusing and terrible!

The service was slow I order 2 packs asked for breast and legs did not get them. When we took it back we got a very small breast and legs were very small also. Chips were cold and it was like the gravy was waved across the potatoe. Not happy won't be going there again.
