I went here to talk about getting my bear fixed. They have a 'sew group' on and a lovely lady was kind enough to offer to fix him. Very friendly helpful lady at the counter helped me too.nBig thanks for taking me seriously with a much loved 'toy' travel mate when I was flying out in a couple of days

Great variety of products. Awesome range of fabrics and related products. Prices on a lot of items are cheaper than Spotlight. Co owner Adrian is a wealth of knowledge and so helpful when it comes to all craft related information. And if they don't have a particular item you only have to ask Jane and Adrian and they will endeavour to get it in for you. Sewing groups and related craft classes that are available are great for learning new experiences. A great community asset.

First visit to this shop today. Excellent variety of craft items. Very reasonable prices and great customer service / advice. I will be back.

I walked in, 2 ladies looked at me and said nothing. I walked around for a bit to see what they had in store. Good variety of products. Not one person asked if I needed any help. So I walked out and won't be back. My mother is into card making so this is why I went in there.nNot Good for Business. One word of advice. Be polite and ask potential customers if they need help. Don't just sit there knitting and say nothing. Make customers feel welcome.nNo a good experience.nI may not look like what they would class as their target demographic. But my money is as good as any others.

used to be heaps better!!...used to loved getting lost in the rabbit warren of isles many many products to choose from....now its a mere shadow of what it used to be...also mostly OVER priced... sorry Adrian but its a fact...good luck anyhow's
