worst customer service ever. Went there today cuz there were several unauthorized transactions made in my account.. The agents didn't care, they asked me what I wanna do , but shouldnt they be telling me what I should do as someone else used my account when I trusted to put my money in their bank? I waited on a line 15 mins, and 1 of the agent RUDELY told me I shouldnt be lining up there for this matter and asked me to go to customer service line instead.So there;s me lining up again and was told that the first agent should've helped me not the customer service. Anyway the other agent( i think she's a manager) took me inside the room and asked me again what i want to do , honestly at this point I was upset and asked her what they can do as I dont know what are my options which is why I m here. They failed to protect my account and I was there feeling so uncomfortable. She didnt even bother explaining it to me (what happened & what my options are) that i ended up closing my account with commonwealth bank today , no apologise no dispute no explanation for $70 that I lost in 3 different unauthorised transactions. I am still so confused ... If they are not willing to help / explain / apologise, why are they even sitting there getting paid? Even 1 star is too much for them
