Very thorough and knowledgeable; I have used Paul for many inspections and he’s probably the most experienced pest inspector in the Cairns region.
Beware - Unlicensed and not allowed to do work in Pest Management - reported to QBCC....Were recommended by Nathan SHingles - FNQ Hot Property - said they use Paul (unlicensed for all their work) Hmnnn...At first Paul seemed to be on the ball and competitive, but in the end very unprofessional and rude. I have paid over $2000 and the work that was promised and certificates were not received. I have contacted the owner of this business Paul, however either hangs up on me or does not respond - very disappointed with this business after I thought I had chose wisely.
This man was extremely unprofessional when I rang him to enquire about coming out today to get rid of a rat. He rambled extensively and interrupted me repeatedly.nHe said he had seven jobs and began telling me where the seven jobs were and what time he had to be at each place. I stopped him and said I did not need to know his schedule, just what time he would be ad our house. He said OK, and hung up on me.
