F45 Training Cairns Northern Beaches

I am a member of F45 in Mooloolaba however come to Trinity Beach for a few months this time of year. I joined F45 Northern Beaches. I found them to be most welcoming, very professional and so motivating. I have enjoyed my workouts with the trainers and members alike. I shall miss you all ud83dude22 Certainly look forward to catching up once again next year.

I love F45 as a general workout concept, and the team at F45-Northern Beaches could not be better. They push us but always make the workouts a fun and stimulating experience. FIVE BIG STARS!

This is a brilliant concept to keep you motivated and get results. Very addictive! Great trainers who watch your technique and correct where necessary. Definitely better than a normal gym session where you are left to your own devices. Thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to improve fitness and tone up. All ages can join not just the youngsters!
