We were happy when Patio World said they’d call or come out they stuck to their word and kept us informed if any change. You don’t get that a lot these days. From our first meeting for a quote to the final approval we had great service. While doing the plan the measurements was checked many times to make no mistakes. The construction of our caravan roof was done in good time, great workmanship and attention to detail. The workman were friendly and cleaned up well before leaving. The end product looks great, cool underneath as well as functional.

Two times happy!nnEleven years ago Patio World built a great patio at the rear of my house in the Northern Beaches (Cairns). This year, when it came to building an extension to the patio, I chose Patio World to do the work based on the quality of work and the positive interaction I had with Patio World back in 2009. I have to say that the experience in 2020 was just a good, if not better, than 11 years ago. Same great customer service, quality product and installation. The process was easy, quick and hassle free. Communication was 'A Plus' and everyone in the team did what they said they would do and in the timeframe they provided.nnIn summary, it was a very positive experience (again) and I have a fantastic patio!
