Janka is excellent and the most inspiring yoga teacher I have ever met. She loves yoga, she lives yoga and this has a great impact on every class she teaches. She knows her students very well and always challenges and supports them to do their best. The progress is noticeable very quickly. I highly recommend professional, original, heartfelt and also fun classes that bring harmony to the body, mind and heart! And what more - the studio in Edge Hill is amazing - modern and homely. This place offers everything for genuine yoga journey!

As a novice to yoga I was a little nervous about giving it a go, but Janka is an amazing, patient, and encouraging teacher. She really helps work to your personal needs and I can see and feel improvement within myself every class. The timetable is great and fits around busy lifestyles with plenty of classes to choose from. Couldn't recommend Hridaya Yoga academy and the beautiful Janka more!

The amazing yoga classes are challenging!!! Janka is wonderful, playful, explains poses very clearly, and her generous personality comes through in the class. Definitely a good workout and you will feel the diference in your body as soon as you leave. I would highly recommend Hridaya Yoga Academy.
