The team at Wellness Embodied is fantastic! Alyza my physio goes above and beyond for me, the reception staff are warm and friedly, Frank in the rehab room and Manny in massage, so good! All round fantastic team, that I highly recommend.

Alyza and Clara are sensational physios providing holistic, evidence based and effective assessment and treatment. They have been treating my chronic/complex neck and shoulder issue. As a health professional of 15yrs I am blown away by their service and consistency. The diversity of services all in one place is also awsome. I have felt heard and understood from day 1. Can't recommend them enough.

The team at Wellness Embodied have been nothing but helpful. I have been suffering with fatigued, weak arms and TMJ for the past 2 years which has been affecting my day-to-day activities. Since I have been seeing Alyza she has pin pointed things that I would have never have noticed. I’m still undergoing treatment but have seen an improvement.
