Can never get our orders correct, Quantity and presentation are the worst. I've had issues with this Macca's for the last 5 years and they are reluctant to fix it. I mean surely I'm not the only person who complains. FYI chips are Suppossed to be large

The service is extremely poor especially when they are busy, and the burgers are just slapped together no care taken. I guess the up side is they got our order correct as many were coming back with incorrect orders.

You guys are terrible. Stuffed up our order beyond repair but we were in rush so we couldn’t go back. Do better.

A few problems every once and awhile but nothing the management team have no trouble fixing up. I've been coming to these guys for a few years and it's not uncommon for a fast food outlet to have a problem every now and then. It's the resolution skills that the team has that matters.
