Take away shop in food court at DFO Cairns. Serves coffee, tea, smoothies, milkshakes, sandwiches, fish and chips, hamburgers and rolls, roast pork and all day hot breakfast. We got a small hot chips and it only cost $4.20 and the guy was very generous with the serving size. Hot chips were just how I like them- crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Terrible customers service and unprofessional cafe shop. I ordered a takeaway coffee in this shop this afternoon. A young lady took my order and made a coffee mocha for me. She was very skilled at completing my order. After I paid the money, I naturally start drinking the coffee. When I first drank this coffee, the coffee was too hot and even burned my tongue. I was very dissatisfied with the coffee I ordered, so I walked back to the coffee shop and asked them to make another one. I was very surprised by another older staff. She took the coffee I ordered and added a little ice milk to balance the temperature without asked my intention. I am not a professional barista, but I know to make a coffee needs to match the right temperature milk, not just simply add cold milk. Especially this was made from an official cafe shop and this cup of coffee cost $5.7. This is definitely rubbish. I really regretted entering the coffee shop and ordered a coffee.

Lovely fish sandwich.

Went to buy takeaway tea and a snack. Rude server ignored my request and gave me a mug filled to the absolute limit. Whilst trying to balance the cup to avoid spilling the hot beverage everywhere she gave me rude hand gestures to move out of the way so she could serve another customer. It was as if I was of less importance because I am only in my teens. Snack of potato scallops was nothing special however all other staff seemed lovely. Next time at DFO food court I will take my money somewhere else.
