Domino's Pizza Cairns City

Tonight I was extremely disappointed as I was not refunded (per request) from the toppings I did not receive on a single pizza. Don't pay any extra for anything online as you won't get refunded. The delivery was great and the pizza was fine. To top it off, there was a rude manager we could hear loud and clear in the back of my phone call to ask for the refund. Cairns city pizza does not respect your requests as a customer; I definitely will not order from this store again and will not recommend to any one of my friends or family.

My pizza was tasteless. So little filling on the base, very unappetising. Disappointing. Not a good choice of takeaways if you like tasty food.

i ordered the food about 10pm night, and the food never arrived, i tried calling them and they said i had to wait cause the deliver was doing another delivery! eventually after a while and i tried called them but the store was already closed! The next day, i came in store to get the tenders with spicy sauce. Then after while of waiting, after the other clients, they asked me what i was waiting for, i pointed my name on the check screen, they finally gave me the tenders without any sauce :( bad experience here!

don't order extra toppings, you wont receive them. and if you're unlucky as I was you'll get a rude manager tell you you'll need to physically return the pizza to get an $8 refund on toppings not received.. honestly the manager was so demeaning that I came to write this review as there was nothing else I could do, no refund, shameful customer service and a really dissapointing meal. total rip off ud83dude44

Domino's Pizza is the best it would be good if they could try and cut the pizza more even and not just any old how.
