Franca,nAfter trying to contact you on numerous occasions with no reply, I am extremely angry and disappointed.nYou where fully aware on how excited I was to be chosen for the position at Cairns Cardiology, with limited experience in that field what so ever.nI was told in the interview that I would be given 4 hrs per day because of the complexity of the position and be given more hours the more I learn as it takes 12 months to learn the job and went up to full 8 hrs days . I was also told that I was doing good in the job when I asked.nSo please explain to me how someone who only worked a total of 46 hours is expected to know the job!!!!nAs a mature aged lady of fifty six years old, it's disheartening enough getting knock back after knock back for employment that I applied for, So be given an opportunity in such a respectable position was exciting and I was so very greatful.nBut 46 hrs is a unreasonable expectation to learn the position as I was told multiple times, it takes a good twelve months to learn, I also feel I got along extremely well with the staff there.nSo now I my confidence is shattered, I can't even bring myself to apply for other jobs, I feel cheated, Used and taken for a fool and completely usless. You had no consideration for my feelings and I was just brushed off.nI'm disappointed with Both Staffing Solutions and the Business I was employed by .nThey get you on their books to get Government Grants and then could careless afterwards
