Natasha was amazing, super helpful and she had a better eye for colours and textures than we did. she suggested heaps of options and helped us choose our new bathroom. She sourced our tiles and got them ready to collect in time. Could not be happier with our whole experience. Thanks heaps ud83dude4fud83dude4f

My wife and I were in on a busy Saturday (13/02); Beaumont Cairns far exceeded our expectations; you guys are definitely on the mark with service. We sat with Linda M.; discussed our house plan and BAM, Linda's knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism delivered exactly what we were after, e.g., decisions around design, product choice and ideas we hadn't considered. And, we were offered coffee (the real thing), tea etc... and all on a very busy Saturday. We will be back; thanks guys!

Ok but felt you had to be a toff to get served. However if you want any service from the manunda store suggest you go elsewhere, I was in the store for 15mins and the bloke behind the counter couldn't even acknowledge me.

If you are renovating or building then you can't go wrong with Beaumont Tiles Cairns. My wife and I called in to look at tiles for our ensuite renovation and not only were we surprised to see they stock quality bathroom fixtures but they had extensive knowledge of all their products. With the help from Tim, we managed to purchase not only the tiles we liked but also 80% of all the plumbing fixtures we needed as well. There are a few companies in Cairns that could take a page out of Beaumont's book when it comes to customer service.
