Even though most of the reviews appear favourable, we are experiencing the opposite. Despite the company's statement of a 3-4 week wait for blinds, we waited just over 7 weeks for installation. Then when the blinds were being fitted, the installers noticed one of the blinds was too large. The final measuring by the company made an error in the length of the blind and we now have to wait another 2 weeks before installation. This makes the total time from order to installation around the 10 week mark - a far cry from the 3-4 weeks advertised even though full payment was made up front as they require.
Great friendly service for curtains and blinds on a new build, and recommendations and installation absolutely on the money. Highly recommended.

Id blinds and id living have wonderful decorating ideas and the id living shop is filled with interesting things. Friendly service and best quality, what more could you ask for. I love my curtains and the custom made blind they supplied and fitted
