Really nice customer service when I was looking for something in particular to say goodbye to a loved one
I went in here to look for a friend (who was shopping in there on the 21/12/20) and the staff member (who was greeting customers) completely ignored me - instead, she greeted the Caucasian woman who walked in seconds after me. A few mins later, she proceeded to ask me if 'I was alright?' as if I were lost or in the wrong store - she made me feel unwelcome and didnt even bother to ask if I needed help w finding a product. Prior to walking in to the store, I had set myself a $200 limit to spend on one or two dresses for Christmas, however, the shop assistant's rudeness and snobby behaviour made me change my mind. It's fair to say that I wont be returning to this store, nor will I spend my money there! I love supporting local businesses but this isnt one i'll be returning to anytime soon!
The girl was really helpful and because there was a sale on the clothes were affordable..
Fantastic! Will go back again. Excellent sraff.
Love the shop and all its stock. Only thing is, it's a bit on the pricey side.
