Came here for 2 drop in sessions. Coaches were friendly, inviting and very helpful! They pay particular attention to technique over reps and that is somewhat rare for some gyms. Excellent experience and when I go back up there I’ll drop in again for sure!

This place is great. So glad we joined. The staff are experienced and enthusiastic. Cannot go wrong for a cross fit experience.

Maia was an awesome coach and the members were very inviting and friendly. I was staying in a nearby hotel and one of the members even offered to drive me back so that I didn't have to pay for a cab. Overall, an awesome gym!
