Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great workout which is fun but challenging! Kelicia is a fantastic instructor she is motivating, friendly and spends the time to ensure that everyone is applying the correct technique to get the most out of the class. The studio is clean, tidy and smells like you are entering a day spa. Who knew that exercise could be so fun!

Really enjoying getting involved. I was a complete beginner and have never done a dance class in my life, but have felt welcomed and comfortable on each occasion. Really happy I joined!
