Freedom Boxing

While in Cairns for a few months, I kept up boxing training with Paddy at Freedom Boxing. What a great trainer he is. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience which allowed me to focus on improving my technique as well as fitness training. It was amazing seeing the progress week after week and he really takes the time to explain each aspect of boxing. He is the King of Analogies. Thanks Paddy and see you when I am back next time.

I box at a great gym in Brisbane. I was up at Cairns for a week and started itching for some practice and found Patrick at Freedom Boxing. What a professional and knowledgeable coach! He had so much to offer from a technical point of view. I would honestly recommend him to anyone who is interested in improving their boxing. He also provided really good video analysis too. Before I started Freedom Boxing I was feeling a bit down and unhappy with my health. Since starting I have felt significantly better and have made a noticeable improvement in my fitness. Patrick is a great trainer he explains things very well and works with you at your own pace and ability. I would highly recommend the Warrior Accelerator program, it keeps you motivated and the 3 sessions a week really speeds up your learning. A great place to workout and learn new skills
