The gym is very well equipped, especially for power lifting with loads of squats racks, benches, deadlift platforms and more free weights than any other gym in Cairns. The owners are very passionate about health and fitness and are active lifters themselves. The best part about the gym is the friendly welcoming environment and fantastic people you meet who train there. I highly recommend Iron Strength to anyone who wants to tackle their health and fitness goals.

Large, clean and well-organized facility with tons of equipment for your training needs. Great atmosphere all around, both the members and staff were very friendly. Elias helped me get set up with a day pass right away and showed me around the gym before I got started, which made me feel right at home. I’d recommend Iron Strength to anyone in town looking for a great workout!

The best set up in Cairns for anyone into any thing strength related. The equipment, owners, the layout, the tidiness and atmosphere is like no where else up here. Very easy for casual lifters too.

This gym ist just awesome and makes a powerlifter's heart melt. You will even find Eleiko equipment to perform your lifts. Elias and all the other athletes are super friendly and more than happy to welcome lifters from overseas. Besides the gym dog Mila is taking good care of everyone. Thank you for having me!
