Nice clothes and prompt delivery butnthe right to exchange for a different size should be automatic, even if on sale, given items ordered on line may not fit.nOrdered a dress which I paid $179 for and unfortunately it was way to big (the size guide did not work).nApparently given its on sale I can't exchange it so am left with an expensive dress I can't use :(nWon't be shopping again sadly.
