Very rude staff members, act as if they’re better than you. Went in today to see if I had a parcel there, the lady who served me couldn’t offer any help. Couldn’t even say if the post had left yet... told her that I was expecting a Christmas present and that I’m going away today and her response was “the postee might be knocking on your door right now” Not the kind of customer service I’d expect... and it’s not the first time I’ve been treated so rudely, every time I go in there they have the same attitude. Acting as if their time is more important than mine, or as if they don’t even want to be there... not to mention it’s always slow and in there and there’s always lines up of people... it’s extremely disappointing considering I have to go In there regularly to pay my bills, it would be nice if there was more of a positive energy in there and more of a friendly/happy customer service. Then it would make my trip to the post office more enjoyable and maybe then I’d actually want to go in there, at the moment I’d rather not go in there if I had the choice...
