Called bank several times, no one answered. Left message to request follow up call. Information given on machine states they will return call if time permits in 24 hours. 1 week later and no one has returned call. Call was regarding a possible home loan, thankfully was not urgent on my behave. Obviously do not regard phone inquiries as important or customer requests via phone as required customer service. Disappointing, went to another bank.
Central location with good off street parking area. Dedicated business transaction area for speed and convenience.
This bank charged me $600 to send an email!! It was sent a month later than I needed it to be sent costing me thousands in missed revenue, they refused to pay me back becuase 'No one forced me to bank with them'.
