Priceline Bundaberg

I bought an item.. opened it and it was broken. I returned on the same day. The staff member reluctantly gave me a refund. Honestly, fairly rude and made me feel like I broke it myself.. advising me it shouldn't have broken in the packaging. I suggested maybe ringing the company.. I got pretty much rolling eyes, oohs and ahhs.. we've sold heaps and no one has brought one back. Getting the manager.. even discussing right in front of me that the item shouldn't have broke in the packaging. Maybe if the product was in bad condition and returned on a later date this may be acceptable behaviour. This was returned a couple of hours after? Still in wires also. I won't be shopping here again in case another item is broken and I have to return it.

Always a good shop to go to for make up and perfumes ect.

Went into Priceline Stockland yesterday the people who work in this store was rude and wasn't paying attention to the customer in front of me what made it worse was it was an indigenous lady just a bit of respect and understanding will and would have gone along way
