F45 Bundaberg

Two years of paying for a gym and never going was enough to put me off paying for another membership elsewhere. But I’m glad I joined F45. The team are soo supportive and encouraging. Best place to go if you need motivation to become fit and healthy.

This is my first experience with any gym. The workouts have been fun, energetic but challenging especially for me being my first time. The staff and members are super friendly, helpful and motivating. Very clean gym and gives good vibes would highly recommend!!

Amazing trainers, great atmosphere, challenging workouts that change daily. All the staff and members have been extremely welcoming and it makes me feel very motivated. If you are struggling they will help you modify to keep you going and motivated.
