Awesome gym with great equipment. Well maintained and very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend visiting this gym.

The best gym iv ever been too unlimited supply of mechianes to work out on, areas for boxing, stretching, yoga z weight lifting cardiovascular mechianes, weight mechianes cable mechianes , the owner is respectful and polite, the place is clean, music for moderation, can not fold the place I've been to a lot of gyms in qld and its number one

Bloody huge gym, plenty of space for a lot of people to be in there at once, and even for my wheelchair. Lots of different equipment. Ben is the owner and is a great guy.
