CrossFit United Bundaberg, Total Fitness Bundaberg

I participate in the Mighty Masters 50+ group. Our group meets 8am-9am Mon+Wed.nThere are approx 12 of us ranging in ages and fitness levels. 0ur Instructor Eddie is great everything can be modified to our own fitness levels. He is our own age yet extremely fit.nWhen I was younger I went to several gyms u walk in and see rows and rows of different machines u have a personal trainer that u rarely see pay lots of money and end up opting out in frustration.nCrossfit is nothing like that to start with we only pay $6 for our hourly session and for whatever reason if u can't come u don't pay. There is an Rn in the building during our sessions in case?nEverybody is so friendly and if necessary we help and encourage each other. I am 70yr old and overweight but I joined to be more active and increase my fitness levels and if I lost weight that would be a bonus. Yes I am fitter and have lost some weight so now take more interest in what goes in my mouth.nPlease come along and check crossfit out. I can't possibly tell you all the things we do,each day is a different program to prevent boredom and to exercise different parts of the body.nI can thoroughly recommend it!!

The trainers at care and attention to your level of fitness, hence you workout is a program to give you confidence to return.

Great setup, fantastic trainers and challenging but enjoyable sessions! Really enjoyed my short but sweet time with TFB ud83dudc4dud83cudffc would recommend trying a session there to anyone living, working or just passing through Bundy.
