Absolutely terrible. Don’t put yourself through it, they use people as guinea pigs for their inexperienced student dentists. Ruined my tooth and spent a over a year and over 10 visits for one root canal and crown. Their dentists are incompetent and so is the complaints resolution team. The ombudsman will just pass you back to their uncaring complaints resolution team. Their solution for fixing the tooth they ruined was to fill the one next to it to make their dodgy crown fit. I spent 3 months with a sharp temporary crown post during covid lockdowns as their temporary crown fell out and they refused to replace it using covid as an excuse and leaving me with a sharp post sticking out of my tooth which ended up putting a hole in my tongue. It’s been an absolutely terrible experience and it has left me with trauma and a fear of dentists and taking legal action. Also it has left me with misaligned teeth on both sides. Really, stay well away from this place.
