Poor access into building there's stairs makes it hard for people with disabilities to get up.nNeeded to use toilet apparently none for public use due to security reasons, even if you have mobility and incontinent issues you still need to walk down the road to the railway station, JOKES !!nI rang to speak to the branch manager re this matter still waiting on a response 2 days later .nIm not happy with the way I was treated if I soiled myself whilst there it would cost them money to get it cleaned, I would also felt humiliated not being able to get a taxi or bus home.nI think its much easier just to say sure I can let you use the toilet.nI also believe if security is a issue then guards would be on duty, therefore I don't believe this is a issue as none are present.

Doesn't help. Doesn't offer and advice Doesn't help set up interviews. Doesn't tell you how you to fill out paperwork then punishs you for it. Worst experience of my life very unfriendly hopefully it gets shut down for failure to actually help
