Awesome gym, staff are very supportive and really good for all levels. As a beginner to MMA have made me feel very welcome and take the time to show me something in more detail when I don’t quite get it. Can’t wait to build my fitness and skill level and try more classes

This gym is definitely a step up from your average local boxing gym...it's very up to date, with well experienced trainers but still has that homely local vibe that we all feel comfortable in. There are so many avenues for fighters/any fitness or health genre types. I'm so excited to see what I can become through training here. I drive my car to my local train station and catch the train in as it's literally across from the valley train station. It's super easy.
