Highly Recommended!nnSessions are very enjoyable with sessions tailored to your particular desired outcome. (My trainer Angus) Good with goal setting and even better with helping you achieve them. Helped me achieve my goals in less time then first thought. Great with assistance with regards to dieting and meal plans. Angus possess a broad knowledge in all types of training as well as nutrition.

Angus was a great trainer with an obvious passion for both boxing and fitness. He runs classes that are both enjoyable and push you to the limit. I was impressed with how Angus was able to get the best out of me in each session. The results were fantastic and I would happily recommend Angus and Gloves on Fitness to friends and family.

Angus is an awesome trainer, he really pushed me to work at my hardest and he was always enthusiastic and encouraging. I trained with Angus in a group of people which was very hard work but also a lot of fun. Even though I was in a group, I like that he paid attention to each of us individually to make sure we were using correct technique and pushing each of us to our own abilities.nThe combination of Boxing, running and circuit work was awesome and enough to keep me interested without getting bored. I have a really weak lower back and have struggled with back issues. Luckily he always had alternatives for me to do, and he monitored my technique thoroughly through out each of the exercises. He honestly increased my endurance and strength so quickly, that it made me really committed to each workout and I began to try and work harder and he really helped push me further.nAll in all, Angus's workouts were fun yet extremely challenging, and at some times I felt like quitting, but with his encouragement and guidance he kept me going.nEven if I struggled to walk the next day, I definitely recommend people to give it a go, it's worth it!!
