Mr Teddy Bear are AMAZING! Super friendly staff and the grooming is consistently perfect. Sisi is so great - she has remembered my dogs name and his grooming style since his very first visit as a puppy 3 years ago. You can tell they treat your puppies well when the dogs are so excited to see them :-)

Dogs always come home stress free and looking super cute.

My dog Poppy loves to go to Mr. Teddy Bear. The staff very friendly and they always keep me updated with the groom by phone call / text. very professional and reliable.

It brings me no joy to leave this review but I am so disappointed I feel it is necessary. My 7 year old poodle has been groomed his entire life at groomers, I moved recent and tried Mr Teddy Bear as it is close to my new house. The at drop off and pick up were friendly and polite, the groom itself was only ok, but that is not why I am leaving a 1 star review. After the pick up I noticed my dog was walking funny and looked as if in pain, after he didn’t seem to get better I booked in to a vet who discovered “razor burn and scratches” on his bum. After letting Cici, the manager know of this she tried to convince me that it “happens to dogs who have sensitive skin” which I did not accept. She then insisted I send in pictures before she offer me a complimentary hydro bath as compensation which I also did not accept. I had to educate Cici myself on how to take responsibility when mistakes happen, not shift blame. After coming back in store so she could see the damage herself she agreed to refund the cost of the vet bill, not even give me a refund for the groom or a complimentary groom if I choose to come back. I am so disappointed in Cici thinking that paying for a vet bill that is entirely the fault of one of her groomers is adequate compensation for the pain my dog is still in and my time talking him to a vet and then back to her so she could personally inspect the damage. I lost more in wages than that. Very short sighted and inconsiderate thinking. I will not be back.

Mr Teddybear is not only the best place in the suburb to send your dog for daycare, but also the best in the area for grooming. I believe in good communication and relationship with the groomer, and I convey exactly what I expect from the groom of both Jazzy and Lulu.nnWhenever I pick the girls up from their groom, they are always so gorgeous and Mr Teddybear team always nailed my points 100%. From the ear length, to snout roundness - they definitely met my expectations. The team is also always welcoming feedback, and are more than ready to do a quick trim should I/you not be satisfied with a point of the groom (rarely!)nnMr Teddybear team definitely makes both the human and their furry companion feel welcome. The girls are always so eager to see the team, and love to enter the daycare area for a play! We have been to several before coming to Mr Teddy, and also heard of some horror stories of others; and after 1.5 years of continual visit - we have never been disappointed with Mr Teedybear! Always highly recommend!
