Been quoted $25 for a simple car remote battery replacement, no thank you. Those Energiser batteries you mention are $5 at Coles, $3 online. It's a 5 minute job. Seems like they charge an hourly rate of $100 for changing batteries. Lol, good luck with that.

Cannot compare with customer service. I called to ask some general questions regarding sole replacement for a pair of mens shoes and was given all the information I required. This person was so helpful and informative. This is where I will take my business.

Brought my brand new trainers for an internal toe reinforce patch, as I have done twice before for the same model at a different shoe repair shop. My shoes came back with tacky white stitching across the top, stitching was not even, and no attempt to be discreet. He said come back in 10 mins, he would try a darker colour, instead of replacing with a matching thread, he just smeared black boot polish across front of the grey fabric shoe, to try and disguise white thread, staining my brand new shoes. Very dodgy workmanship and practice. I will not be back.
