Victory Curtains and Blinds

Quoting experience was good however that's where it ended. Deposit paid then after no contact for 6 weeks I called them to be given an install date. I paid the balance and was told that I would receive a call about install time which didn't happen. The installer did show up though and installed two thirds of the curtains, all of the brackets and left me a note saying that there was a track missing... another 6 weeks has passed and I am still missing the track and the curtain despite having paid in full, I've made 4 telephone calls and each time I am told that I will receive a call back. In a nutshell I've spent more than $5,000.00 on curtains that are incomplete, wasted the best part of four months to date and I'm still waiting for 4 return calls since the 10th of December!nDO YOUR RESEARCH AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

DO NOT USE - The worst example of customer service.nnAfter buying a unit that had an electric blind product provided and installed by Victory (albeit many years ago) break and no longer work, we tried to contact Victory for some assistance.nnInitially they were somewhat responsive and managed to get a technician out here after several weeks of chasing and poor communication to fix what he thought was the problem, however, the solution did not last. We now have a broken product that can’t be used, that I had to determine the issue, and then contacted Victory again for assistance.nnAfter being passed around to three people, promised call back after call back over 6 weeks now, still nothing. They have supposedly requested the state manager on 3 occasions to call me, however, zero communication. The lady in the office tried to blame Covid for the lack of response, however, we all know extremely bad service is not a symptom of the virus. I am now without a working electric blind with no support, or even direction on where to go if they don’t want to deal with it.nnI would NOT recommend you use Victory as they are clearly only new sales based and can’t or won’t put measures in place for after sales support. They are the worst example of customer service I have come across.nnYou have my details and if you would like to try rectify then feel free to call me.

Terrible company. Demanded full payment upfront and then zero contact, updates or customer service. Said they would complete the install within a certain time before payment, then after payment they completely ignore you and wont even schedule a time - its now well beyond the install date promised - no one answers the phone or emails.

Extremely unhappy with their customer service. As soon as I placed my order and paid the deposit I have had no contact. Every time I have to call and chase up myself and they offer no apologies and just tell me to wait and they don’t know long it will take. Wish I went elsewhere.

Had a Blind installed...it was faulty and they said it has to be remade.nsome weeks later they said it cannot be remade but will take the original one to be fixed up....made a time and date to be picked up...waited half a day, no one showed up or a call to say what s happening!!! JUST READING REVIEWS...WOW PRETTY BAD..nVictory Blinds get your act together!!!!
